  • How does AmeriPlan® provide such great coverage for only $19.95 household?

    We have reduced our administrative cost by eliminating claim forms, mailing costs, etc. plus the administrative cost incurred by the provider in filing and following up on claim forms.


  • How much discount do members get on dental fees?

    Members can save 25% - 65% on all restorative and cosmetic work (fillings, crowns, braces, etc.) and up to 80% on preventative work (teeth cleaning, x-rays, etc.) performed by a general dentist. Specialist fees are discounted 25%.


  • Are pre-existing conditions covered?

    Since AmeriPlan® is not insurance or a health organization, all pre-existing conditions are covered except orthodontic treatment in progress.


  • How much is the dental membership fee?

    Membership is only $19.95 per month! This membership covers all residents in the household including parents, children, relatives, significant others, and all permanent residents of the household!


  • Are there any limits on the type of services covered?

    There are no limits whatsoever. There are no yearly maximums. You can go to the dentist as often as you like and always get services you need at discounted prices.


  • Is this insurance?

    No. This is a discount plan that saves people up to 80% on dental services. Some refer to it as a "discount fee for services" plan. Unlike insurance, our plan has no deductibles, no waiting period, no claim forms, no annual limits and all pre-existing conditions (except orthodontic work in progress) are covered.


  • Do I have to use one of your providers?

    Yes. All of our providers are fully qualified and licensensed professionals who have met all requirements to be a provider for AmeriPlan®. If you do not see your dentist on the list, you will able to complete a postcard in your membership kit you mail to AmeriPlan® and our company will be glad to contact your dentist on your behalf.
